5. Membership Benefits and Responsibilities
As a member, you are entitled to:
- Participate in our initiatives, events, and programs.
- Access resources and information related to menopause and health.
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and up-to-date information.
- Adhering to event-specific guidelines and rules.
6. Termination of Membership
Blue Mountain Women CIC reserves the right to suspend or terminate your membership at its discretion, without prior notice, for violating these terms or engaging in conduct harmful to the organisation or its members.
7. Dispute Resolution
Disputes arising from your membership shall be resolved through negotiation, mediation, or other alternative methods before legal action.
8. Limitation of Liability
Blue Mountain Women CIC shall not be held liable for damages resulting from your membership or engagement with the organisation.
9. Modification of Terms

10. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by UK law, with legal actions resolved in UK courts.

- Additionally, you acknowledge that members are prohibited from engaging in activities that directly compete with the initiatives, projects and services offered by Blue Mountain Women CIC.

13. Indemnification
